Dower was established in 2009, following a successful development of a grade II listed property. We develop luxurious homes across the south of England, expertly project managed by professionals to the most exacting standards.

LIAM DOWER (MCIOB)

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Our Managing Director & Chartered Builder Liam Dower has over two decades of experience in property, construction, and development. Starting his career working for a leading international engineering construction company, Liam progressed onto working in central London for a prominent interior designer, delivering classic and contemporary interiors within super prime property desired by ultra-high net worth and celebrity clients.
Liam has a multi-disciplined background having worked on residential projects large and small, above- and below-ground since 2009. He has considerable expertise that extends to working in conservation areas and on listed buildings. Liam spends his time setting the vision and strategic direction of the company whilst looking after our investors, despite this you won’t keep him away from checking in on sites!

CLAIRE Dower

Creative director

Claire's creative history stems from a young age, her grandparents owned and managed the Luton Hat factory, one of the worlds leading producers of fine hat's, the business was eventually sold to Kangol where they continued the tradition for many years.

This early influence drove Claire to pursue a career in fashion, having graduated from the London College of Fashion she worked at multiple fashion magazines and leading fashion brands such as Ted Baker, before joining us as Creative Director. Working with the Dower team, Claire achieves a high end finish with unique interiors, delivering outstanding Dower developments.

DANIELA CAMPBELL (ARB)

SENIOR ARCHITECT

Daniela, our senior architect and project manager, brings over 20 years experience of high-end residential architecture. Originally from Germany, where she studied for her architecture degree, she started working for prestigious London interior and architectural design studios, gaining valuable knowledge of the UK construction industry, building regulation standards and planning system. Daniela project-managed a wide variety of high net-worth projects for clients, including celebrities and artists whose unique requirements resulted in exceptionally tailor-made designs. Projects ranged from new-built artists studios and exhibition spaces to careful restorations of listed buildings and adapting these for contemporary living. Daniela’s highly personal approach and attention to detail means our projects are thoughtfully designed and managed, exceed expectations and successfully realise clients’ aspirations.

NICKY TSELENTIS

ACCOUNTANT

Nicky is an Accountant with expertise working in audit and tax, financial accounting, debt, and leading the team who provide book-keeping and project accounting.
